This notice describes information handled through the Glow House Design prelaunch website and its launch-update signup and contact options.
Contact enquiries
When you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and any name you choose to provide so we can respond. Enquiries are handled through hello@glowhousedesign.com. Wix Forms stores website form submissions, and Wix Contacts stores contact details. If you email us directly, your message is handled through our email service.
Launch updates
If you choose to join the launch list, we use your email address and any optional name you provide to send news about the developing acrylic lighting collection and its launch. Sending an enquiry does not add you to the list unless you separately opt in.
We record your signup choice, the source of the signup, the version of the consent wording and the submission time. Wix stores the associated contact and subscription information. You can unsubscribe from launch updates. Unsubscribing changes your marketing preference; it does not automatically erase every contact or enquiry record.
Questions and requests
Email hello@glowhousedesign.com with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. Please describe your request; do not send sensitive identification documents in your first message.
Keeping information
We retain routine enquiry records and do not delete them on a fixed schedule. Unsubscribing from launch updates stops marketing messages; it does not automatically delete your contact details, previous enquiries or the record of your subscription preference.
You can ask us to delete information by emailing hello@glowhousedesign.com. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for legal obligations, unresolved enquiries or maintaining your unsubscribe preference. Removing a form submission is not the same as deleting all related records or provider backups.
Website services and cookies
Our website uses Wix for hosting and website services, including forms, contact records and subscription preferences. These services process technical information needed to deliver and maintain the website, such as connection and browser information. Cookies and similar technologies can be used for site operation and security.
The website also loads Wix tag-management code and Sentry error-monitoring software. Technical processing can include diagnostic information used to investigate errors and maintain the service. The information processed depends on the services and settings in use.
Your browser offers controls for cookies and stored website data. These controls are separate from unsubscribing from emails. Service providers
Information is handled through the service providers used to host the website, store form and contact records, manage subscription preferences and deliver email. Providers may process information outside your country. Their handling of service logs, security records and backups is separate from our routine enquiry records.
